All residents are encouraged to attend our monthly board meetings.
They are scheduled for the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the clubhouse.

At present the Association is administered by a Five (5) member Board of Directors, elected by the membership meeting which is held each year on the third Saturday of March. They serve a staggered three (3) year term. The Board is governed in its actions by the Declaration of Reservations, the By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation. Directors are not paid for serving on the board.

Policies/Rules are set by the Board of Directors for the safety and welfare of all our members to be able to have an enjoyable time while using the common property of Mountain View. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the membership, we welcome you to MVPOA.
